Incoming calls and missed-call notices

We plan to review whether this number can receive calls through a protected inbound flow. The planned experience would separate an answered call from a missed call and let the appropriate account see a callback option.

  1. Verify provider inbound capability, ownership and routing before publishing any call-to-this-number instruction.
  2. Record only necessary call metadata by default; any audio recording would require a separate policy and consent design.
  3. Notify the right authenticated user of a missed call without exposing private caller information on public pages.
  4. Offer a manual callback action that still checks wallet, minutes, destination and current limits.
